Spices for pickle Staward's Lazzat
Ingredients:250g carrots,250g green beans,250g cauliflower,4 large red or green chillies,10 cloves garlic,180ml vegetable oil,2 large white onions,3 tbsp pickle spices Steward's Lazzat.
-Cut into slices cabbage,carrots,green beans and cauliflower.
-Boiled green beans for 3 mins,add carrots and let it boiled for 1 min,then add cabbage,remove and drain the water after 1 min.
-Dry in the sun for 1 hour
-Heat vegetable oil in large pan and garlic,onions,the pickle spices Steward's Lazzat and chillies.
-Add reserved vegetables and mix well.Add salt to taste.
