Spices for vindaye Eagle Brand
Ingredients:1 kg fish,6 tbsp spices for vindaye Eagle Brand,4 tbsp oil,4 tbsp vinegar,6 gousses garlic,2 green chilli.
-Cut the fish to required size and fry it.Drip the pieces of fried fish dru.
-Place the spices vindaye Eagle Brand in a dish,add vinegar and oil mix thoroughly.Then add the fish and mix them until the pieces of fish has well absorbed the spices.Add chilli and garlic,while mixing thoroughly.Transfer to a jar and leave it soak during a day.
-Then heat some oil and pour on the vindaye until the pieces of fish are well covered.
-Eat after 3 days for a better taste.
